I hold a BS from Bushnell University (2016) and MS Ed. in Special Education from Western Oregon University (2018). After two years of research work at Oregon Social Learning Center, I began graduate studies at VCU in the fall of 2020.
My research interests focus on how schools can act as prevention for violent behavior and substance use in adolescents. I am particularly interested in promotion of positive youth development and prevention of juvenile justice involvement.
