I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011 and joined the doctoral program in counseling psychology at VCU in 2016.  My research interests include health behavior change and habit formation. I am particularly interested in factors that impact eating behavior and obesity (i.e., sleep, emotion regulation, stress, coping), as well as how daily health practices influence both short-term and long-term psychosocial and physical health outcomes.
